This allows me to match an activity to a current issue/theme they may be struggling with. In the authors' extensive experience of supporting inclusion in mainstream schools, they have found that some children with Down syndrome are sociable and confident and they will make friends and be included in playground games without any extra planning but most will benefit from explicit thought being given to their needs. It was a great help and I recommend her highly.
